Impacting UIG / consumers that are using gas but with no ability to contract with a Supplier
RECCo suggest the following options: Review of schedule 8 to include consideration of unregistered/shipperless sites Are root causes the same as reported in the previous reviews in 2011 Are the comparisons in electricity that could inform a 'lessons learnt' Should this be a data cleanse exercise? Is direct PAB oversight needed
Recording from July RIG available for more detail - RIG slide pack also contains RECCo detail
