Two use cases for access have been applied for where the Code Manager has allocated it to the Third-Party Service Provider Non-Switching category. The first is a small energy consultancy providing bill management services to domestic only premises. The other is for organisations providing low carbon technology, renewable energy and generation installations who need to register equipment with Distribution Networks. The provision of the attached data items will allow organisations to support domestic and non-domestic Consumers in managing their energy use or investing in renewable generation and low carbon technologies.
