Housekeeping changes: • Updated terminology to reflect the REC drafting. • Removed references to MOCOPA, MOCOPA Governance, and the MOCOPA website. • Updated the branding and format of the document to be in line with other Cat 3 products. The proposed amendments have been drafted at an industry workshop and given the green light by both the ENA and E-OMF. This will be reviewed by MEP before implementation. This Category 3 Change Proposal will also include the associated update to the REC Baseline Statement.
