Categorisation of Gas Address Amendment SDEP Cases
The Market Message PT0055 is specifically used for SDEP cases related to Gas Crossed Meter queries. We have identified a large number of cases requesting resolutions relating to Gas Address Amendments that are being raised in PT0055.
This issue is having an adverse impact on the resolution of Gas Address amendments in SDEP due to them being combined with Gas Crossed Meter SDEP queries.
An identifier needs to be added to the subject of the SDEP query “Gas Address Amendment” to be able to distinguish between the two types of queries. Alternatively, a new market message is required to categorise Gas Address Amendment SDEP queries.
It is hard to pinpoint the exact number of address amendment SDEP queries which are combined with the crossed meter queries due to the nature of them being incorrectly raised.
