Following a review of the Change Management Reports, a cover page has been added to the Report templates, showing which stage of the process the change is at and explaining the purpose and context of that document. This will make it clearer to readers how the document should be interpreted. As the Change Management Templates are Category 3 documents, this Category 3 CP has been raised to progress the changes and publish the updated documents on the REC Portal. Updated templates will be published on the 18th March
