Summary
Following approval by the REC Metering Expert Panel, this change is being raised on their behalf for implementation. An update to the Change of Market Segment document is proposed to align to the current technical arrangements in relation to the receipt of the IF-035 ‘SMRS Appointment Status Notification’ and subsequent sending of the D0268 ‘Advanced Meter Technical Details’ by a Losing MOA (Advanced). The change provides clarification on expectations in this Advanced to Smart Change of Market Segment scenario.
