Change Proposal R0002 was approved by the Change Panel on 5th October 2021, and amended the categorisation of the Market Message Catalogue, Data Item Catalogue, Data Access Matrix and Standards Definition from Category 3 to Category 2. The recently developed change process for Gas Meter Product Tables has also established that these changes should be approved by the Metering Expert Panel, and not the Technical Expert Panel. This change makes the necessary changes to the REC Baseline Statement to reflect these.
