Axle Energy already have access in the electricity Data Access Matrix under Service Provider to End-User - Demand Flexibility. They’ll be participating in the Capacity Market this year, in their role as a Demand Flexibility provider. To participate in the Capacity Market using bespoke metering, they're required to submit the Line Loss Factor, so EMRS (the CM Administrator) can calculate the loss from the network to their specific assets. They’ll also need to instruct the Data Aggregator to issue a dataflow to EMRS for settlement purposes.
