The reason for this change is to align the User Guide with R0020 – ETTOS report dissemination being implemented as part of the January REC release. The only change that has been made is to clarify the new process with this additional line on slide 10: “Energy Theft tip offs reports will be emailed directly to your chosen email address rather than via the current web portal as of 31 January 2022.”
