Under REC V3.0 Xoserve will become a REC Service Provider. To support REC Parties with the Xoserve GES Portal, Xoserve have created a GES User Guide which is included in C3-0020 and already incorporated into the REC Baseline Statement. However, upon creating the User Guide it has been identified a further GES Supporting Document is required (GES Portal Supplementary Document). This will sit alongside the GES User Guide and be classified as a Category 3 document. This Change Proposal, proposes this document will become a Category 3 document, be included in the REC Baseline Statement and will be subject to the Category 3 change process post implementation.
