The GES Portal User Guide Supplementary Document needs to reviewed to determine if the following changes are required: • Slide 8 – External Users Naming Convention – this has now been replaced with corporate email address • Slide 9 – This refers to users being asked security questions – it appears this has been removed and is replaced with 2 factor authentication • Slide 11 – shows security questions • Slide 48 – it mentions a LSO/MAU can reset a user’s password – this appears to have been removed • The screenshots used are for the old portal and not the new one which went live on 18/07/22 • I am also not seeing any screenshots of the 2-factor authentication process.
