DCC has identified that the CRS budget for the current Financial Year (2025-2026) can be reduced, and as per the Code, a REC Change Proposal must be raised for the agreed budget to be amended.

Once the budget for Centralised Registration Service charges in a Financial Year has been agreed or determined under this Clause 9, it shall only be amended if such amendment is approved under the Change Management Schedule as if the amendment was an amendment to this Code.
