This change seeks to retrospectively deliver the consequential REC changes for the DCUSA Change Proposal DCP383 – Provision for Distributors to move meters for service alterations. Problem Statement
Following the implementation of DCP383, MEMs are receiving Market Messages from the DNO however, there is no process defined within the REC on how to action them and their systems have not been configured to accept and process them. This has led to a backlog within the MEMs gateways and the Data Collector is not being updated on the meter’s new location.
