Problem Statement
There is a gap in the provision of the REC that means that Energy Theft data is not able to be shared with the BSCCo for the purposes of use within Settlement. Without the ability to have this data shared with them, the BSCCo are unable to confirm that all Energy Theft data has been correctly entered into Settlement.

Sharing Confirmed Energy Theft Data with the BSCCo
There is a gap in the provision in the code that allows the Code Manager to share confirmed energy theft data with the BSC for the purposes of use within settlement
The BSC are unable to confirm that all confirmed energy theft data has been correctly entered into settlement
A small addition to the current legal text in the code to include the BSC in Schedule 7 clause 6.4.
Under the DCUSA sharing theft data between the TRAS and the BSC was added to DCUSA Schedule 25. As TRAS ended before the transfer of theft from DCUSA and SPAA to the, it appears this requirement did not move across to the REC.
