Problem Statement
Failing to update the CCSG Terms of Reference could result in unintentional ambiguity and leave no place within any Code to record the requirement for all codes to align with the prioritisation of the lead code.

Update CCSG ToRs to include cross-code prioritisation as per Code Reform
As part of the Ofgem Code Reform which looks to standardise how changes and modifications are prioritised across all Codes, there is confirmation that for cross-code changes the prioritisation will be set by the Lead Code with all non-lead Codes using the same prioritisation.
It has been discussed at the Cross Code Steering Group (CCSG) and for now, the preference is to include this within the CCSG Terms of Reference (ToRs) so this requirement is captured within codified documentation.
Not updating the CCSG ToRs could lead to accidental lack of clarity, and have no where within any Code for this requirement to be captured.
Update the CCSG ToRs to include the requirement for cross-code changes to all use the same prioritisation, as set by the Lead Code.
