- Each optional data item in the above flow is intended to contain data whenever possible ' ie. whenever data could be sensibly extracted from the corresponding item in the original incoming instruction. The Incoming Instruction Number item always allows the rejected instructions to be positively identified within the original incoming file. For more details of the reason for the rejection see the latest version of the MPAS Validation Procedures as defined in MRA Schedule 14.
