- Block B018 should be populated with the MDR the SDS requires (even where this is the same as the Supplier Nominated MDR), for all DCC Commissioned Smart Meters. The MDR in block B018 will take presidence over the Supplier Nominated MDR in section B071. DI-839 (SDS Nominated MDR DIP ID) should be populated on all occassions (when required). This field will take preceidence over the Supplier Nominated SDS, i.e. it is this value that will be formally recorded in the SMRS as the MDR Assigned to this MPAN.
