Description
Rejection of Data Service provided Actual or Estimated UTC Settlement Period Consumption data / Warning of Consumption on a De-energised MPAN.
Notes
This interface will only be issued in circumstances where the MDS has cause to Reject the proposed Consumption Submission or to warn of consumption being sent on a de-energised MPAN. IF-014 is NOT issued in cases where the Consumption Submission is accepted and processed sucessfully. Connection Type should be the Connection Type of the MPAN on the Settlement Day for which information is being submitted. As a result of routing requirements, consumptions for periods where a different Connection Type was effective should be sent in a new/separate message.
