- To provide Notification of a Reverse Migration to MDS/LDSO; and to Advise MHHS Supplier Agents that they have been De-Appointed (as a result of a Reverse Migration) and where appropriate detials of the incoming 'old regime' agents i.e. MOP / DC

- It is possible that in some circumstances the Registration Service will not yet be aware of the Incoming MOP/DC, at the point it is necessary and required to issue the Notification of De-Appointment to the incumbent Service Provider(s). In such cases the message will be issued with section(s) B095 and B096 not present. During the migration / qualification period not all parties will have an active DIP ID, where it is not possible to populate a participants DIP ID - the SMRS will use a default DIP ID value.
