Creation of new Enquiry Service User Category
Deepki’s service aims to centralise all utilities data from various sources (energy distributors, suppliers and other data services) for our customers in the Real Estate or industry sector to expose KPI’s on their consumption and their CO2 emissions, globally and per building.
Deepki aims at giving insight on energy consumption reduction and to allow reporting for regulatory and certifications purposes.
The data processes we rely on are standard data collection and manipulation : download, requests of data, transformation to fit our unified model, aggregation and exposition for visualisation or export.
Today, in the UK we rely mainly on the supplier invoices to retrieve the data consumption of our clients.

Today, in the UK we rely mainly on the supplier invoices to retrieve the data consumption of our clients.
By relying solely on the supplier invoices to retrieve the data consumption of our clients, invoices are not always easily accessible and their collection often can’t be automated. In addition, the consumption on an invoice is aggregated monthly and when possible we need to have more granularity to provide valuable insights.
Currently the User Category that fits the best our needs is the TPI. It is mainly used to facilitate supplier changes; it is not fully adapted to our future usage.

We hope to be able to collect more easily data consumption per hour/day/month/year
The creation of a a new User Category will allow Deepki to have access to GES :
- meter readings (last 3 years or last 40 readings depending on the meter)
- annual consumption (12 month rolling consumption)

Deepki does not intend to collect any personal data. We only request data (consumption or/and meter reads) for landlords and tenants MPAN and MPRN requested by our clients and when a mandate is provided. The collected data will be only shared with the client requesting the data and won't be accessible by anyone else outside of Deepki.
Regarding tenants consent to share data with Deepki, this is captured through a mandate/LoA totally separated from the tenancy agreement. Tenants are totally free to accept or refuse to sign the mandate.
The collected data will be stored into our Amazon servers.
