Problem Statement
The current version of the EES API Technical Specification (V3.1.4) does not contain the latest updates from the EES Provider. Without these updates, API users will not be able to utlilise the new data items or have further detail on the data items returned within SearchUtilityAddress and GetTechnicalDetailsByMpan.

  1. As an EES API User, I want to ensure that I have the most up to date technical information so that I can use the API in the most effective way.
  2. As the EES Provider, I want to ensure that the most up to date technical information is available to Users.
