Change details

Sequence order of CSS00200 message
Currently appointment changes can be submitted in a single file (D0205) and therefore generate a single CSS00200 outbound. However, for MHHS, appointments have been separated into separate requests and so each appointment would generate an individual CSS00200. As each CSS00200 message is a refresh of all the current & future dated MS and MDR appointments the ordering the messages are loaded in must be correct. If loaded out of order at CSS the wrong active MS/MDR appointment will be recorded. Currently there is no mechanism for CSS to identify the correct ordering of the messages.
CSS and DSP would hold inaccurate data for MS and MDR appointments.
Two potential solutions have been discussed: 1. Addition of Sequence ID to CSS00200 such that CSS can determine the correct order to load the data in 2. Change design to generate CSS00200 messages in an end of day batch
This would specifically impact Smart MPANs when the MDR and MS are confirmed in the same gate closure batch (same proposed EFD)
