Problem Statement
EMRS are experiencing an increasing occurrence of domestic Consumers being included in Capacity Provider portfolios. Currently they have limited availability to data on domestic Consumers, making the completion of assessments and checks difficult. Access to data held in the EES for domestic metering points will enable EMRS to complete these tasks that are required to appropriately include domestic provider contributions in the overall view of the Capacity Market.
Proposed solution summary
  1. As EMRS I want to have an appropriate understanding of the portfolio so that I am able to complete metering assessments and checks on Switches so that I can fulfil my role.
  2. As the EES Provider I want to be able to provide access to EMR Settlement Limited as set out in the Data Access Matrix.
