The Code Manager launched a set of streamlined change templates on 05 September 2022.

New versions of the Initial Assessment Report, Change Proposal Plan, and Change Report templates remove duplication, make reports easier to understand and help to clarify how Change Proposals develop as they progress through the REC change process.
