Summary
R0001 (Amendments to DCC Service Flag Data Item) is being implemented on 4th November 2021. This impacts the EES API Technical Specification as the new valid domain values will need to be reflected in the document. This change updates the document to reflect the new values in the DCC Service Flag data item. It also updates legacy MRA terminology and links to current REC terminology.
