This change has been raised as the Code Manager is pausing the requirement for provision of Distribution Network Operator and Gas Transporter complaints data, to allow further engagement to take place with Parties to identify a pragmatic and proportionate approach to provide REC-relevant only data that meets GDPR data minimisation principles. To be prudent in protecting all REC Parties we will extend the pause to cover all meter point level complaints data, including those of Suppliers. ***********The first reporting date in the PARC has therefore been updated for items 90, 91 and 100 (meter point level complaints data) to suspend the requirement to provide data subject to further engagement regarding GDPR data minimisation. This will be implemented on 16 December 2021, in line the existing Category 3 PARC change (C3-0014).
