Summary
BSC Modification P474 has brought in the DIP Manager governance. It may be appropriate for the DIP Manager to attend and participate in TEP meetings. Therefore it is proposed to include the DIP Manager in the TEP Terms of Reference to formalise it. Additionally a housekeeping amendment to correct the paragraph numbering in section 5.
