Summary
This Change Proposal is to provision Electricity Enquiry Services access to Housing Associations and organisations who support Consumers with the Radio Teleswitch (RTS) switch-off. Housing Associations currently have approved access to the Enquiry Services and C3-00112 will provide additional data items to support RTS switch-off. An additional Category will be included in the Electricity DAM to enable access for organisations who support Consumers in replacing their meters in preparation for the close down of the service.
