The Entry Assessment Forms have been updated for their annual review, and includes changes directly addressing issues experienced with applicant submissions over the past year, such as common errors and potential ambiguities within the question sets. Additionally, Question 4.8 has been added to capture information that is shared as part of the MHHS QAD process for existing entrants but not new entrants, and a number of housekeeping updates have been made.
