A BSC CP has been raised to clarify Supplier obligations for IF-002 messages where a Switch is cancelled. This obligation is also in REC Schedule 14 Metering Operations, so a REC change is required or the obligation remains in place.
If the BSC CP progresses without the associated REC change, then Suppliers may not take the correct action as the obligations within the REC would remain unchanged.
The BSC CP specifies that where a IF-002 is received for a Switch request that has been cancelled, no actions are to be taken.

Similar clarifies are to be added to REC Schedule 14 Metering Operations 22.6.1 and 22.9.1
