Summary
While undertaking the CRS Improvements Project, RECCo, the Code Manager and DCC completed a review of current reporting that is generated as part of REC Obligations. As part of this review, Address Management-related reports were identified that are not fit for purpose. These reports are produced only for DCC internal consumption. The identified reports are captured in the Performance Assurance Report Catalogue (PARC). As such, DCC proposed raising a REC change to have these removed from the PARC (they will still be available on an ad-hoc on request basis).

Amendments to the PARC relating to Address Management
While undertaking the CRS Improvements Project, RECCo, the Code Manager and DCC completed a review of current reporting that is generated as part of REC Obligations.
As part of this review, Address Management-related reports were identified that are not fit for purpose.
These reports are produced only for DCC internal consumption.
The identified reports are captured in the Performance Assurance Report Catalogue (PARC).
As such, DCC proposed raising a REC change to have these removed from the PARC (they will still be available on an ad-hoc on request basis).
The reports in question are:
Address Quality Summary
Unmatched REL Extract
Unmatched ME Extract
Matched Extract
Address Quality Report
Address Quality Postcode Report
Unchanged Postcodes Report
REL Updates Report - multiple reports
RELChange
RELSourceInitialRegistration
RELChangeRMP
The reports have little to no value, yet the PARC obligates their generation.
Amend the PARC to remove these reports.
None.
