Summary
As part of the Performance Assurance operating plan we are required to review the PARC on an annual basis to identify any changed required. This exercise has been completed and a small number of minor changes identified including updating reference material to reflect other changes to Performance Assurance artifacts (e.g. updates to the Retail Risk Register)

Problem Statement
As part of the Performance Assurance Operating Plan, REC Performance Assurance are required to review the PARC on an annual basis to identify any changed required. The REC PAB has conducted their 2024 review of the PARC and proposed changes to update to Version 5.1. If the PARC is not kept up to date, this can lead to confusion for Parties. With some of the changes identified correcting typographic errors that can cause errors by Parties when they are uploading data.
