Rationalisation of reports produced by CSS - CRS improvements project
Ensuring the reports generated from CSS (Into ServiceNow) are being utilised and where they are not utilised reducing cadence or potentially removing completely.

We want to engage with report recipients to ensure impact is fully understood
There is a potential that the reports produced are under utilised and therefore contribute to technical process waste or unnecessary cost.
Analyse and review all reports which are produced and gather feedback from recipients of reports from CSS (Via ServiceNow) on whether reports could potential be reduced or cadence changed.
We have started to gather access logs from ServiceNow to see whether reports are downloaded from ServiceNow. We have also had engagement with RECCo, Ofgem and internal in DCC to look at any possible report changes.
