A request/confirmation that an investigation into a suspected metering tampering case should be carried out by the Revenue Protection Service and provision of background information to assist the investigation.
Notes
Where a meter change or agent change has occurred during the historical readings period this should be highlighted within the readings through 'type' and 'date and time'. Though all of the address data items included in this flow are defined within the structure as being optional, the address itself is mandatory and must be included in the flow.
