Summary
This change seeks to update the Performance Assurance Reporting Catalogue (PARC) to capture data items required to continue to appropriately monitor Retail Risks under Market-wide Half Hourly Settlement (MHHS) industry arrangements. Some housekeeping changes, for the PARC, have also been included in this change.

Problem Statement
The PARC currently does not capture all the data items required to support the monitoring of Retail Risks following Market-wide Half Hourly Settlement go-live. An update to the PARC is required to include the data items that will ensure the Code Manager can provide the assurance the industry requires during transition and under the new MHHS arrangements.
