Summary
R0025 established a new performance charge for DCC, which linked its performance against its Service Definition with financial incentives. During the R0025 PAB members noted the need to further develop the methodology, including reviewing it periodically. The RPA has worked with the PAB to develop proposals to enhance the performance charge.
