Summary
The Code Manager is required to perform an annual review of a number of PAF items, including the PARC. The PARC has already been updated several times over the course of 2025 through a series of REC Changes (including R0173, R0202, R0254, R0259). We have conducted an end-to-end review and have identified the other changes are required.

Problem Statement
To ensure REC Parties and Service Providers are aware of reports they must provide for Performance Assurance as well as reports obtained from central data sources (such as, but not limited to, the DIP Manager) used in assuring their performance within the market. It is essential these reports are maintained in line with changes to Code processes as well as changing risk landscape.
