Whilst Category 1 and 2 REC Documents have been developed under the Codes workstream of the MHHS Programme, Category 3 Documents are out of scope of the MHHS Code Drafting being delivered via R0209 - Implementation of MHHS Arrangements and R0241 - MHHS Incremental Changes for go live.

Category 3 changes are being delivered directly through the REC MHHS project and are being developed under a REC-owned plan. The following table sets out the documents that have been approved for implementation:
