To add value 11 to the valid set value for data item J0418 – Meter COP. Unable to update Meter technical details (MTD's), the D0268 flow, as specified under BSCP603/7 via the DTN as the AMVLP. Summary
On a switch many of the effective dates within EES default to the switch date. This includes energisation status. It means EES users that don't have access to the meter technical details do not know the actual date the status changed.
